I have two tiger striped kitty cats. One is a bouncy young cat, who spent her first 5 months living outside. She had tried to join the colony of feral cats who live next to a neighborhood Synagogue. My friends, who feed that colony, called her Shadow bc she followed the others around, attempting to engage in play with no success. When they noticed how friendly she was, they set out to find her a home. I was the lucky one who agreed to foster, knowing very well I would fall in love and adopt her for good! My older cat, Lena is less charmed by her than I am. But, they’re making it work. Lena is a true scaredy cat, who barely anyone, besides myself, ever sees out in the “wild”.
